I have to applaud the CARE USA leadership in their response in a challenging economy. While most businesses are struggling and making cuts, this non-profit organization has done something that I have yet to see from any business. Leadership taking the biggest cut at 10%, everyone else taking a 4% haircut in addition to significant layoffs. Imagine how many people would have lost their jobs had they not made this dramatic move to ask everyone to chip in for the greater good of the company. Wise leadership makes wise decisions, makes you wonder in amazement who is charge here.
